Are you 👀 for something new?

We are on the hunt for a second chef for our beach top Cafe near Portscatho.

The Role:
Supporting our kitchen team throughout the week with running meal services, prep and stock control / ordering.
Keeping the kitchen clean, efficient and compliant
Leading the kitchen a couple of days a week in the Chef’s absence.

What we can offer.
Competitive hourly rate. - dependant on experience.
No evening working. Hours would be around 8.30 - 5.30 at most. Probably 3 days a week or so. (TBC )
Free onsite parking
Staff rate meals and free hot drinks on shift.
Staff discount at all other times.

What you need to know.
We are busy, fast paced beach cafe. Busiest in the summer and a steady stream of locals keep us going over the winter
We aren’t accessible by public transport. SL car, bike or foot are all good options!
You’ll be joining a great, close knit team of chefs, KPs, and Barista’s, who all jump in to job that needs doing.

Due to the extreme heat in our tiny little kitchen there will be no toasties available today. We will be doing our usual fresh sandwiches as well as a few other options including our Vegan coronation chickpea sandwich
