All the good stuff from buffalo wings… without having to wrestle with the bones. 😂

Buffalo wing sauce marinated chicken, melted cheese, fresh sliced celery and a proper blue cheese drizzle, all piled onto our stone-baked pizza.

Basically… buffalo wings decided to become a pizza.

Remember this is our last week before our holiday 🛫🏝️🍹

So we are open as usual 10-4 this week Wednesday through to Saturday, no pizzas Saturday night, and then closed next week fully.

This weeks special….

🍕 THE STICKY SAUSAGE 🍕

This week’s special is all about the sausage. 👊😗😉

We’ve taken 2kg of pork and made our own Italian-style sausage meat from scratch, seasoning it with fennel, garlic, oregano, chilli, black pepper and fresh lemon zest. 🇮🇹

We then scatter that raw, beautifully seasoned sausage meat over the mozzarella, so as it cooks, all those incredible pork juices, herbs and spices render down into the cheese and base.

Add golden mushrooms, bake until the sausage is beautifully caramelised, then finish with crispy fried onions and our sweet, punchy homemade honey mustard drizzle.

Rich, savoury, sweet, a little bit tangy and with plenty of crunch.

Basically… sausage, but make it pizza. 🍕🔥
