Happy 2026 to all our guests and members of the Gateshead’s leisure centre. The Cosy Cafe is open everyday and serves breakfast from 9am. Make sure you pop in and see us. Centre opens tomorrow January 2nd.

We’ve gone all Christmasy. Being served now at the Cosy Café this season…….
Start with a homemade honey roasted spiced parsnip soup followed by
Turkey, cranberry & stuffing sandwiches, pigs in blankets on a toasted ciabatta, Brie & cranberry paninis and finish with deep filled mince pies or a deep cut rich Christmas cake. Lots of mini Christmas cupcakes for the little ones too. Pop in for a festive bite. Open everyday 😀

Hi leisure centre fans!!
Starting tomorrow we will be serving our signature chicken fillet burgers. And introducing our all beef hot dogs with sautéed onions. Available for lunch and throughout the day. Pop in and grab your lunch. Also available for takeout 👍.

Well today went fantastically for our first day!! Got the ground running with homemade broccoli Stilton soup with a warm bread bun. Monday I’ll be launching our individual homemade quiches and maybe a nice winter warming chilli. Looking forward to seeing you all soon 🤗
