Oy Oy Bandito's!!
I'm gonna keep this short and to the point.
Bandito's kitchen will be closed with immediate effect until the flyover demolition is complete.
The usual 7 minute walk from the town centre has now turned into a 27 minute walk from Gateshead (pictures attached).
I know the Burgers are good, but on a lunch break, how can anyone be expected to do a 1 hour journey.
From Saturday 25th July, all roads will be closed 24hr's a day, 7 days a week for several weeks.
There will be an access road open from Dynamix junction.
Without regular passing trade it's impossible to pay for stock, staff or even turn appliances on.
I do still have to pay all fixed costs, rent, electric, water and insurence.
It seems as though Gateshead Council have forgotten or not taken into consideration the effects this will have on Bandito's.
Now that i'm completely cut off from Gateshead & Newcastle and with no compensation scheme in place, how do they expect me to find the money for my fixed costs or even to buy stock to re-open??!!
Anyways, hopefully see you all on the other side of August ππ§‘π₯π€π₯π§‘π
