What a rollercoaster today has been. Seitan flour arrived 48 hours later than ordered, (thanks for nothing Royal Mail) so I've been prepping for an event tomorrow all evening and I'm totally bushed. The night before an event is always supposed to be feet up and relax, so I'm now totally stressed. Stalls which sell meat can just rock up at the cash and carry and buy it. I have to make my food from scratch. THEN I have to shred or slice it according to the dish. Anyway, end of rant. 😊 Sometimes I think of how easy it would be not to care. But I'm so bloody glad that I do. X
