Simply because I wanted to reduce food waste and keep prices affordable.

Now you only pay for what you order, and if you’re still hungry, you can always order more. Most customers are actually spending less than before while still leaving full and happy.

Fresh food, less waste, fair prices, and BYOB as always. Thank you for supporting Thai Courtyard! ❤️

If you’re planning to visit, especially at busy times, I would recommend booking ahead where possible.

A little update from me at Thai Courtyard 💛

I’ve been thinking a lot over the past few months about how to run things in a way that works better for everyone. At first I thought about doing takeaway only, but I know many of you enjoy sitting in, the tables, the chatting, the party vibe and I love that too.

So here’s what I’ve decided.
I will keep the tables and you can still reserve a table and enjoy your time here like before.

The change is mainly how the food is served.
There will be no more all-you-can-eat, and no complicated starter/main courses. The menu will be simpler and served as it’s ready, to help prevent food waste and reduce the heavy table service that has been exhausting.

You’ll still be able to sit, bring your drinks, relax and enjoy the atmosphere just with a simpler, more relaxed way of ordering and eating.

Please bear with me while I work through these changes. I’m trying to find the best balance so I can keep cooking for you and keep Thai Courtyard going for the long run.

I’ve been thinking about this for a few months now, trying to find the right way forward and this is the plan I feel happy with 💛

At Thai Courtyard, I’m not closing.I’m simply changing the style of service so the business can run in a healthier, more sustainable way.

I want something more relaxed, more sociable, and less exhausting for me and for the team.

👉 Same fresh food👉 Same flavours👉 More affordable menu👉 You can still book a table and sit in👉 BYOB still welcome👉 No table service , just simple, easy, self-service style

This change isn’t giving up.It’s me choosing a way to keep doing what I love without burning out.
