The restaurant itself is situated on the main high street of the picturesque market town of Garstang, the world’s first Fair Trade town, and as such Pipers strives to support this ethical stance by using fair trade produce wherever it can. The unique building dates back to the eighteenth century and still retains it quaint character and charm. The restaurant opens for bistro style lunches and thre

e course Sunday lunch. In the evenings we offer an a la carte menu. Pipers is more than happy to host special events such as birthday parties. Pipers Garden was opened in summer 2020 after it was converted in the middle of the pandemic lockdown from a open space at the back of the restaurant that had stood empty for 13 years and needed some much love. With the assistance of some fantastic craftsman who helped us turn our vision into reality of a walled Mediterranean garden, creating a true hidden gem in the middle of Garstang High Street

We look forward to welcoming you all to Pipers Garden for brunch, drinks, a light lunch or a meal in the evening with fine wine and cocktails

Hi all, a polite reminder regarding the garden:

Since day one of building Pipers Garden, tables have been non-reservable unless it is for a larger party. Bookings are strictly for inside only and are not transferable to the garden upon arrival.

This is made transparent both on our online booking platform, and for bookings made over the phone with our team.

We ask that customers please respect our policy, and abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
