It’s been our 4th anniversary this week! 🐝 The Hive turns 4️⃣🎂
It’s been a true joy to scroll through some of the memories - particularly the outtakes and touching moments… so here goes thoughts on our 4th year

From Leaking pipes
to a full job of Decor
To spring onions landing on the floor
From that first day we opened the door

We never knew what the hive would be
And how people have come to adore

We had some dream people join our hive family and customers too
What a team
Some nightmares along the way
But what can we say!

Stories that will live with us forever
You couldn’t write it that’s for sure!
Children have grown in these walls
Learning lessons along the way from the second we entered that door

Senoritas on a summers night
Evenings specials from around the world
Guest chefs and their seafood catches
Great that their car matches
Crafting , painting , bird night experts whatever could be next!

Family gatherings
Have we hit a 1000 or more Girvan Gelateria ice creams!
Friends from as far as France and UAE!
And the one when our lost dog look a like pet came past!
Not sure what that was suppose to mean🌈🐕
Then the time a child used a table number spoon for their beans 😂

It’s been hard work
It’s been a bloody good laugh
Our saving grace at times that’s a fact
Mermaids HQ!
Night meetings at times
and our favourite celeb Guests - Jules and Gregg!

Afternoon tea celebrating kings and queens
The staff using the till as a selfie machine
An Ice cream at night to break the load
So many staff heading to Australia mode!
Kids parties takeover -which we love!

Special occasions, books by publishers wrote on these tables
Doodles too of our counter Aesthics!
And then we picked up the Cafe of the year Award- Speechless!
