NEW AT CAFÉ WALTON - LINDA’S HOME-GROWN DAHLIAS!

We’re delighted to be selling these beautiful home-grown dahlias from our lovely local customer, Linda.

Dahlias are wonderfully colourful flowering plants, known for their incredible variety of shapes, sizes and vibrant colours. They make gorgeous cut flowers and are a lovely way to bring a little bit of late-summer colour into your home.

Linda has put together some gorgeous bunches, each one a little different - so choose your favourite!

Small bunch - £5
Large bunch - £8

Simply choose your bunch and bring it to the till to pay (cash only for these, please).

Pop in and pick your favourite before they’re gone!

Hi everyone!

West Lindsey District Council is currently running a survey about the 2-hour free parking provision in Gainsborough, and we’d really encourage all our lovely Café Walton customers to take a few minutes to have your say.

At Café Walton, we know how much our customers value the 2-hour free parking available at Whittons Gardens Car Park, right next to us, as well as at other council car parks close by.

It makes popping in for a coffee and cake, enjoying a walk along the river, meeting friends for a catch-up, or exploring other local shops and businesses that little bit easier.

These parking provisions make a real difference to our town centre, helping people support independent businesses, enjoy local facilities and spend time in Gainsborough without worrying about parking charges.

If you’ve benefited from the free 2-hour parking, we’d love you to share your genuine experiences through the council’s survey. Your feedback really does matter and helps demonstrate the value these provisions bring to local residents, visitors and businesses.

It’s time to cosy up because our brand-new Autumn Drink has landed. Introducing the Honey Pumpkin Latte.

Think sweet but delicate honey, spiced pumpkin, gingerbread, and all those cosy flavours we love this time of year.

And because we're still expecting that final heatwave of the year, it's also available iced!

Also, look out for some new treats coming to the pastry cabinet over the coming weeks: Gingerbreak cookies; toffee apple slices; pumpkin & chai treats (to name a few).

We're delighted to be a part of this year's Word on 12th September.

Some of the best conversations start with a simple question: “Have you read this book?”

At this year’s WordFest, authors Caroline Cauchi and Aimee Horton will be sharing some of their favourite reads, talking about the stories that have stayed with them and making the case for why the other absolutely has to read them.

Audience members are invited to join in too, so if there’s a book you’ve loved recently, bring it along and share your recommendation.

Whether you’re always looking for your next great read or just enjoy talking about books with like-minded people, everyone is welcome.

And, of course, we’re especially excited about the Gainsborough feature!
