We just wanted to say a huge thank you to every single one of you who visited us today at Reeds Coffee Shop ☕️

We’ve been incredibly busy, and with some of the new processes and changes we’re putting in place, service took a little longer than usual — and longer than we would have liked.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support while we work through these exciting changes
We’re so grateful for all the support you’ve shown us, and we can’t wait to share what’s next. We’ll soon be announcing the official opening date for the whole of our new coffee shop!

Another day of glorious weather here at Reeds coffee shop on the Riverside ☀️

We’ve got plenty of outdoor seating available today, and our secret garden will be open for you to enjoy 🌿☕🍰

It’s been a busy and challenging weekend for us as we’ve been moving our coffee shop counter around. We’ve hit a few hurdles along the way, so we’re not quite back to 100% just yet, and there will be a few items unavailable from our breakfast and lunch menu today.
But don’t worry — we’ll still be serving great coffee, delicious cakes, and all your regular favourites ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who visited and supported us over the weekend. Your support means the world to us, and we’re hoping to be fully up and running very soon

One big final hurdle !!!!!

This weekend marks the end of an era as we say goodbye to the coffee shop counter that has served us faithfully for the last 15 years — making way for exciting new beginnings.

We will be serving from our light bites and breakfast menus as usual on Friday 22nd May.
Please note:
📍 We will be CLOSED on Saturday 23rd May
📍 Reopening on Tuesday 26th May

There’s not long to go now until we reopen with a completely fresh new look, fantastic new ideas, and much more space for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you all so much for your continued support and patience during this exciting transformation — we truly appreciate every one of you.

Exciting times here at Reeds Coffee Shop on the Riverside! ☕✨

We’re making great progress and getting ever closer to announcing the opening date for our newly refurbished and extended coffee shop — and we honestly can’t wait to show you all the changes!

In the meantime, we’re open as usual Monday to Saturday, serving:
🍰 Delicious fresh cakes
🍳 Our full breakfast menu
🥪 Lunch from 11:30am

Our new menu is coming along nicely too, and we’ve had lots of enquiries already about advance bookings for our new restaurant area. We’ll keep everyone updated with more information very soon.

Good morning from all the team at Reeds Coffee Shop on the Riverside ☀️

Just a quick update for today (Saturday 11th April): we’ll be closing early at 2pm, with last food orders at 1pm.

This is to give us time to prepare for the final big step in our exciting extension plans!

Big changes are coming, and we can’t wait to share what’s next as we continue growing and improving for you all.

We’re open as usual this morning:
🥐 Breakfast served from 8:30am – 1pm
🥪 Lunch served from 11:30am – 1pm

☀️ The sun is shining in Gainsborough for the next couple of days, and we’re making the most of it!

Join us at our riverside coffee shop and (fingers crossed 🤞) enjoy our courtyard area open for relaxed outdoor dining—perfectly tucked away from the hustle of the riverside walk.

We’re serving light bites and our breakfast menu all day, plus lunch from 11:30am until our last orders at 2pm.

And honestly… 15 years later, we still never get bored of that sunny riverside view 💛

Good Friday
8:30am – 2:00pm
Serving our light bites menu and full breakfast menu
Last food orders at 1:00pm

Saturday
Open as usual: 8:30am – 3:00pm

Sunday
Closed

Bank Holiday Monday
Closed

We’ve got a full range of fresh cakes available, perfect for a little Easter treat! 🍰

Our renovations are coming along nicely, and we’re getting closer to announcing an opening date—fingers crossed everything stays on track!
