Our September Sausage of the Month is here! 🍕

This month, it’s all about pizza flavours! Our Pizza Sausage is packed with sun-dried tomato, mozzarella and basil, and of course, made with Lincolnshire Pork Co meat… it’s a tasty twist on a classic sausage.

A little Padel update… 🎾

Things are really starting to take shape at Uncle Henry’s!

The roof is nearly there, which means our brand-new indoor Padel Court is one step closer to being ready for you to get your padel on.

We’ve still got a little way to go, but it’s exciting to see it all coming together, and we’re looking forward to welcoming you onto court later this autumn.

Whether you’re completely new to Padel or already know your way around a court, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to Play. Eat. Shop. Repeat. at Uncle Henry’s.

We’re delighted to have made the top 10 shortlist for the 2026 Taste of Excellence Food & Drink Awards! 🎉

Uncle Henry’s is shortlisted for Best Independent Farm or Local Shop of the Year, while Lincolnshire Pork Co is in the running for Best Producer of the Year. 🐖❤️

Today it is our actual birthday - 20 years of Uncle Henry’s! 🎂❤️

From opening the Farm Shop, Butchery & Cafe way back on 16th September 2006, to award-winning Maize Mazes, being crowned Britain’s Best Sausage on The One Show and winning Best Farm Shop of the Year, there have been plenty of milestones along the way!

20 years of food, farming and family fun and we really couldn’t have done it without all of you who have visited and supported us over the years.

Here’s to 20 years, and another 20 still to come! ❤️

September’s Cheese of the Month has arrived! 🧀

And this month, we’re keeping things local with Lincolnshire Poacher.

A firm, flavoursome cheese made right here in Lincolnshire, with a lovely nutty taste and just the right amount of bite. Perfect for a cheeseboard, a ploughman’s or, if you’re anything like us, a generous chunk straight from the fridge!

Thank you for joining us…what a weekend it was! ❤️🎂

We’ve had the loveliest time celebrating our 20th birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to mark the occasion.

On Friday evening, we celebrated with all our team, before opening the doors on Saturday and celebrating with lots of our customers too. Just outside our Secret Garden was transformed into a Country and Western-themed birthday takeover! There was live country music, line dancing, tambourines, face painting and, of course, the all important Lincolnshire Pork Co hog roast! 🎶🐖

It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces, meet some new ones and celebrate 20 years of food, farming and family fun together!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, helped make the weekend happen and has been part of the Uncle Henry’s story over the last 20 years.

Here’s to the next chapter! ❤️

It’s almost time!!

It’s been a busy day here at Uncle Henry’s as the team have been getting prepped and ready to celebrate with you all tomorrow.

The shelves are stocked, the staging is up and the final preparations are well underway. We’re nearly ready to celebrate 20 years of Uncle Henry’s!

We’ve still got a few tickets left if you’d like to join us for an afternoon of live Country & Western music, a Lincolnshire Pork Co hog roast, Birthday Beer and plenty of food and drink.

The forecast might be looking a little wet, but a little rain never hurt anyone… We’d recommend bringing a brolly, dressing for the weather and, as it’s set to be a busy one, bringing along a camping chair if you can.
