A seed pod rattling in a pocket.

a root, pulled from darkness, and held up to the sunlight.

The world learns to live through flavour.

Six paths, multidirectional.

Sweet moves eastward.

Bitterness descends.

Salt rises.

Sour turns slowly to face the music.

Heat centrifugal circling.

Umami gathers at the centre.

Mortar against pestle. That old percussion.

Corriander atmosphere.

Cardomon released. Cinnamon surrender.

Love here is reduction.

Time distilled, condensed.

Nothing arrives intact.

The wisdom of fire.

Turmeric galaxies, cumin constellation.

Fenugreek smoke memory accumulation.

Home is a difficult word.
The universe, apparently expanding, contained within a single bowl.

We're now open at Loop de Loop on market Wednesdays, Saturdays every week, and monthly Market Sunday!

And we're open Wednesday to Saturday at 11 Chillies Express at Station Approach.

At 11 Chillies Express - once we start serving at lunch time, we continue to serve until dinner.

Masala dosa, pakoras, paneer, and Samosa (when available) are sold most of the time in the afternoon, early evening, and evening. Our pakoras and paneer are amazing bar snacks.

We love cooking.
Mixed vegetable pulao, Sambaar, Channa daal with chard, tamarind and jaggery, majiga pulusu, selection of chutneys for dinner...

Our Special Thalis with sides are doing super well. Amazing!

It makes us feel happy to make you happy with our happy meals.
