This weekend we’re feeding, celebrating and creating memories.

From slow-cooked lamb over fire to colourful salads, fresh flatbreads and late-night wraps, it’s all about bringing people together around great food.

No fuss. No formality. Just beautiful ingredients, generous portions and the kind of meals that become part of the story of the day.

Saturday at Arreton Manor was pretty special.

Beautiful weather, a beautiful venue and a genuinely lovely couple to celebrate.

We served a relaxed BBQ wedding feast in the courtyard with slow cooked brisket, butchers’ sausages, chicken drumsticks, lamb kebabs, beef burgers and generous bowls of fresh seasonal salads.

As the sun began to drop, the pizza ovens fired up and the evening feast rolled on.

Full tables, warm light, happy guests and the kind of atmosphere that reminds us why we love doing this.

A fabulous day from start to finish.
