ALL CAPS coffee is our supplier of choice. A local company ran and operated by the wonderful Dan. He roasts his own beans with a lot of love and care.
A BIT ABOUT THE COFFEE…..
This lot was sourced from female producers Maria Valeria Pereira and Maria Rogeda Perera.
Their parents started growing coffee from the early 70s in the Carmode Mines region of Brazil where the farm is located. The sisters were involved in the farm from a young age and decided to continue to the family tradition in coffee production.
They have since advanced the processing methods used at the farm and are proudly fiying the flag for female farmers in Brazi. 🇧🇷
