Another date for the diary!

On Thursday, 6th August at 5:00pm, we have the honour of welcoming Willie Rennie to The Albert Tavern. He'll be presenting us with the motion in the Scottish Parliament recognising us as a Scottish Cider Pub of the year 2026! 🎉

We hope as many of you as possible can join us for this special occasion!

We'll also be teaming up with the fabulous Mo from Puddocks, so there'll be delicious pizzas available too. 🍕

If you're planning to come along, please us know by coming into the pub or texting our facebook messenger so we can get a rough idea of numbers for the pizzas.

Part-Time Bar Staff Wanted!

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as part-time bar staff.

Duties include:
- Serving drinks and providing excellent customer service.
- Taking payments and operating the till.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Restocking supplies and assisting with daily duties.

What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Social media skills would be a distinct advantage, with opportunities to help create content and promote the pub online.
