We were overwhelmed just how busy we were yesterday. We sold out of soup, bread and salads.

Thank you to everyone who visited our wee vintage tea room 🫖☕ and gave us all a day to remember. So sorry to the people who couldn't get in. As always we were very grateful 🙏 for your consideration. 🩷

💛 When the weekend is ahead, a sweet delight is needful! 🧡

Mango & Mandarin Cheesecake 🧡💛

This glorious no bake cheesecake is perfect 👌 for a summer ☀️ treat.

It's a crunchy biscuit base,topped with a creamy, fruity, refreshing mousse - like cheesecake. ☺️

Decorated with whipped cream, mandarin 🍊 orange segments and matching flowers 🌼.

Plain but classy! ☺️

Another delightful dessert from our dessert fridge this week. 💛🧡

🩷 Battenberg 💛

A lovely checkerboard cake with coloured pink and yellow sections of sponge, held together with apricot jam and covered in marzipan - my favourite.😍

It's a moreish cake for our wonderful 😋 customers this week!

These wee beauties 😍 are ready for your vintage afternoon teas today. ☺️

Layered dessert of sponge cake, raspberry jelly, custard, fruit cocktail and topped with whipped cream with an added extra of icing sugar and vanilla flavouring. ☺️

Topped with a fresh raspberry, 💞 sitting proudly on top of the three tiered cake stand. Xx

🦐 Prawn Cocktail 🦐

It's a perfect 👌 summer ☀️ starter, the perfect prawn lovers ❤️ dream come true.

It's a mound of prawns mixed with pretty pink 🩷 marie - rose sauce, adding a dash of spiciness with tobasco sauce. Served the classic way with chopped lettuce, melon, 🍉, strawberries, 🍓, peaches, 🍑 pineapples 🍍, cucumber 🥒 and 🍅 tomato. 😃

It's our timeless retro starter this week. 😍

My dear late dad loved a prawn cocktail with brown bread and butter.🦐
