From a nano lot high in the mountains of Eastern Uganda, a unique green coffee is produced from the Namugowa farm with a special 140 hour cherry ferment process to produce something from out of this world. The sampling has begun.

Love this classic Dienes Dutch coffee bean grinder from the 1950s. A lot of households would grind and prepare there own coffee to ensure that they were not drinking poor quality coffee. Amazing how we are moving back to an appreciation of quality and away from just quantity.

Roasting may have paused briefly, but the learning continues here in Brugge Belgium. Definite trend in consumers expecting high traceable speciality coffee from coffee shops and producers as people educate themselves on what quality really means.
