We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House team member.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
* Greeting and welcoming guests in a warm and professional manner.
* Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
* Serving food and beverages to tables.
* Handling customer enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
* Managing table reservations and seating arrangements when required.
* Maintaining cleanliness.
* Assisting with setting up and clearing tables.
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
