Introducing mince on toast. This South African staple may not sound much but it's possibly the tastiest thing to come out of our kitchen yet.

We take minced aged beef shin from local cows and slow cook it for hours with stock, vegetables, tomatoes, wine and herbs.

It then goes on The Street Bakeshop sourdough, topped with two poached eggs from Vale Farm Free Range Eggs and local watercress for extra health.

This really is the brunch of champions 💪
