Our next Gather is coming home to the Highlands… 🌿

This week, we’re celebrating the very best of the season with a sharing feast inspired by the produce, flavours and landscape around us.
🦌 Slow-Cooked Highland Venison�🔥 Coal-Roasted Leeks with House Romesco�🍄 Garlic & Thyme Woodland Mushrooms�🥕 Roasted Carrots with Whipped Crowdie, Heather Honey & Thyme�🥔 Crispy Highland Tatties with Rosemary, Garlic & Sea Salt�🥬 Charred Seasonal Greens with Brown Butter, Lemon & Toasted Oats�🍎 Highland Apple, Cabbage & Fennel Slaw with C***r Dressing�🫓 Warm Oat Flatbreads & Whipped Honey Butter�🌿 Plus our own highlands version of chimichurri, Glen Verde for dipping, drizzling and sharing.

Friday means menu drop!

What a lovely first two weeks of the gather I have loved the past few weeks and can’t wait to keep going 🌼 so many lovely people who gathered with us thankyou for all the lovely feedback and chats 😍

This week coming is Spanish Tapas with slow cooked, pulled pork, patatas bravas, and lots of other typical Spanish tapas pieces 😋

Introducing our very first Fairy Glen Gather
Imagine a table filled with beautiful seasonal dishes, warm bread to tear and share, fresh flavours, good conversation and a relaxed evening with the people you love.

Every Monday, we'll be creating a new Gather inspired by a different place, season, cuisine from around the world or themed.

Our first Gather takes us to the Mediterranean, celebrating slow-roasted lamb, vibrant salads, homemade dips and warm flatbreads, all designed to be enjoyed together.
Pair it with one of our recommended wines, a Fairy Glen Spritz or a local b**r, settle in and let us do the rest.

We'd love as many people as possible to enjoy The Fairy Glen Gather, so we're happy to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies wherever we can. Please let us know any requirements when completing your booking form, and we'll do our very best to cater for you.

From next week, we're introducing The Fairy Glen Gather.

Every Monday to Thursday, we will create one seasonal sharing feast, served in the centre of your table for everyone to enjoy together in our beautiful new room ‘The Fairy Glen Ceilidh’
No choosing between mains.
No waiting for different dishes.
Just one beautifully prepared feast, passed around the table and shared with the people you're with.
