I am a Goan lady running this Indian cookery, this business which was a dream of my parents who always wanted to started their own catering business, so to full fill their dream I have started this business Marie D'Souza Faulke Cookery, Henna Tattooing & Catering which is a new addition to my company. I started these business on my own accord and slowing getting the house hold name. Marie D'Souza

Faulke Cookery teaches and demonstrate Goan cookery using local produce whenever possible. You will find my Chut Phut Khanna which is a travelling stall, which sells home made Jam, Chutney, Pickle and Indian snacks at the market stall in these villages:- In Cromarty (2nd Saturday of the month) & North Kessock (last Saturday of the month), you will also find me at schools & summer fairs or any other places whenever I am needed. Henna tattooing is a new addition to my business, you will see me at the summer fairs and I also do parties for children, grown ups and individual a like. "Why go abroad to get henna tattooed, when its there at your own door steps".

We cooked bhuna gosht (lamb cooked in yoghurt), cauliflower and potatoes (allu gobi) and egg fried rice 😋😋
He was very pleased with what he learnt 😀 😋

My Indian Stall will be at Cromarty market this Saturday 14th March from 11 - 2 pm held at Cromarty Hall. If you love your Indian food then do come along, on sale there are 8 different kinds of Indian Patties (pasty), and one of them will be a Haggis and Tatties everyone's favourite. I have both Veg and non Veg pasty, Onion Bhajias, Samosas, Home made Curries, Pickles and Chutneys.😋 Do come and support our local market stall.👩‍🍳😋😋
