Sorry, let me just blow the cobwebs off this account real quick. It's time to break the silence and announce the long awaited return of the Coffee Co! Or rather, the birth of the Coffee Coo...

We have rebranded and are now operating with a pop-up coffee bar that allows us to bring the coffee shop to you and your event. The bar has been meticulously crafted by Mike from Furniture Art and is, quite simply, a thing of beauty.

Working with a pop-up coffee bar as opposed to a trailer was a bold decision, but after our first event at the Nairn Show we are confident we have made the right choice. The bar allowed us more space and more convenience, whilst simultaneously offering our customers a more immersive and enjoyable experience. This setup truly allows us to bring the coffee shop to you.

We are very excited to be back, and we hope we can rely on the support of our incredible customers to ensure we stick around for years to come 🧡

Good evening my wonderful caffeinds!

My absence over the last two days that I should have been trading was far from ideal and most definitely not what I had in mind for my last shift at the trailer. I can only apologise for not being there for you all one last time!

Nonetheless, that concludes my time at the van for now. I can't thank you all enough for your support of BoC, I never dreamt it would be such a success!

For now, it's goodbye from me. I have to watch my wee boy grow up!

Good evening team! Apologies for being rather quiet here recently. With the help of one of my fantastic customers I will be back open on Sunday for my usual 10am - 4pm shift and I will remain open until Friday the 9th of September.

However, it's with a heavy heart that I must announce this will be my last day of Because of Coffee Co. When I started the business a year ago, it was always my intention to establish and grow the business into what it is today. Now that I've achieved this, it's time for a better work/life balance. I'd love to take this opportunity to thank my amazing customers, we have met some truly amazing people and I am immensely grateful for all of your help and support in getting to this stage so successfully.

Fear not, this is not the end of Because of Coffee Co! You will see me again once we have worked out what the future looks like for the yellow van.

I think... We have sorted the problem. We are going to open tomorrow for the usual 10am - 4pm shift, hopefully everything is plain sailing! I guess calm seas never made a good sailor though, right?🤷

Small business reality check - sometimes things don't go to plan.

I had to close a little early today for mechanical reasons and I've spent the afternoon and early evening trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Unfortunately, I haven't cracked it yet. Until I'm able to resolve it, I will - regrettably - have to leave the hatch down.

Very frustrating for lots of you, I'm sure. Please know that for however frustrating you find it, my own frustrations are tenfold.

Good morning everyone, and a very happy Monday to you all!

I will be at the first checkpoint in Forres at Grant Park for the upcoming Ride the North event on Saturday the 27th of August.

This is a fantastic celebration of the North of Scotland. With available at both the first checkpoint AND the last (with Jody and Grant in Garmouth), and countless other fantastic stops along the way, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the offerings of some fantastic local businesses.

I have terrible news I'm afraid guys. I won't be open tomorrow morning for my usual 7am - 1pm shift as I have matters to attend to in Glasgow. The good news is I'll be back to work as normal on Thursday, which I suppose means the first bit of terrible news isn't actually that terrible?🤷

Good evening you beautiful group of coffee snobs. The forecast for tomorrow morning looks equally as bleak as it was today, and in fear of another seriously quiet day I've decided not to open for my usual Tuesday morning shift. I will open again from Thursday morning as usual, at which point I hope to see some glorious Scottish sunshine! Now, if you'll excuse me I have 12 consecutive days of work to try and sleep off 💛

BOC's first event ✅

We had an absolutely amazing time at the RAF Lossiemouth family day today. It was a very busy day with an incredible turnout and some truly amazing aerial displays from some of the best in the business. Man, they are so cool aren't they?

Incredible coffee appreciation post 😍

Today's coffee came courtesy of the amazing .coffee and I cannot begin to describe how much I love this place. We opted for a couple of oat lattes and scone variations and it was sublime! If cosy cafes, friendly faces, and delicious coffee is your thing then you needn't look further than Nome and Brogan 💛
