💔 A Difficult Goodbye 💔
It’s with heavy hearts that we share some news we hoped we’d never have to write. After much thought, many sleepless nights, and looking at the reality of our industry right now, we’ve had to make the incredibly difficult decision to close our wee café.
This past year and a half have been full of laughter, coffee, delicious food, and the joy of getting to know so many of you. We’ve celebrated your milestones, met your families, watched friendships grow, and shared countless little moments that made our days brighter.
But the truth is, the current challenges in the hospitality industry — rising costs, unpredictable trade, and the pressures small businesses face every day — have made it no longer sustainable for us to keep the doors open. We’ve done everything we could to adapt and keep going, but sadly, it’s just not possible anymore.
We want to say the biggest thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you to our amazing team, past and present, who’ve poured their passion and energy into making this place what it is. Thank you to our loyal customers who’ve supported us through every season — you’ve kept us going more than you know.
While this chapter is closing, the memories we’ve made will stay with us forever. We hope we’ve been more than just a café to you — that we’ve been a place where you felt welcome, cared for, and part of something special.
