To all customers
Due to the high volume of deliveries tomorrow on Christmas Eve we will not deliver to out of Forfar and that includes Kirriemuir, Letham and Glamis areas. We will be focusing on local areas within 2miles only. If you are ordering from out of Forfar please preorder your order and have it picked up by using our online website. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused as this will ease our flow of orders to local areas quickly and easily.

We will be open for the next 2 Mondays the 22nd Dec and 29th Dec. We will be closed for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
During these festive times it will be very busy so we require your patience and understanding. We ask that if ordering for delivery please make sure your phone number and address is correct to avoid any delays. Collection times and walk in orders will have waiting times due to the volume of orders coming in. During these times it will be very busy and stressful for our staff members so your patience is appreciated.

Dear Customers
Tis the season upon us! The most joyful time of the year is drawing near and the most busiest! We will be closed for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. (we will need it!)

So to try to ease the flow of orders please place your collection orders online for your specific time to allow our girls time to organise. If your order is big please place them online otherwise our girls are forever on the phone! For deliveries please put your address and post codes and telephone number correctly in order to reduce the drivers time and this will allow them to deliver quickly and smoothly. Incorrect details will result in delaying your order and other orders. We will not deliver to areas that are hard to reach and all Letham orders will be on hold until the festive time is over. But you are welcome to order online and have it picked up.

Please do not make special requests as this will slow the flow of cooking time eg food allergies

We do not tolerate customers with rude behaviour over the phone or at the shop so please be kind to our counter girls as they are not there to be shouted at and we are doing our best to get orders cooked in time. Your patience and understanding is most needed during these busy times. Have a celebration chocolate on us!

And lastly thank you all for your continued support and your dedication! Have a joyful Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
