I am truly honoured to be recognised as The best Chef of the Year in Kent and Medway food and drink awards 2026.

This moment means so much, and I owe a special thank you to you Customers — your support, trust, and belief have been an essential part of this journey.

I’m also grateful to my wife Tanu, daughter Simona and brother like kitchen assistance Mr Abdul. They stood beside me along the way. With appreciation and quiet excitement for what’s ahead.
