These salty beauties are heading to this morning. Be sure to grab a packet to liven up your Christmas Sprouts, Potato Dauphinois or even your Breakfast Pancakes!

Quick fry them separately in an oily fry pan or stir them into the last 20seconds of cooking when you do your sprouts 👍👌

absolutely smashing it out of the park with his first no-knead Seitan Beef Roast 🙌🙌🙌🙌 It blows me away that you’re creating my recipes at home!

This is such a simple and versatile recipe:
- Slice thickly for a Roast dinner.
- Slice thinly for sandwiches.
- Slice long ‘chip’ shapes for stir fry and stews.
- Slice into thin, haphazard shapes and fry for kebabs.
- Mince for pies, wellingtons, sausage rolls and dumpling filling.

It’s still not too late to make your own Seitan Festive Roast for Christmas and it takes much less ‘working’ time than you think - your mixer and oven will be doing the vast majority of the cooking!

Seitan Pepperoni, Bacon slices and Bacon lardons heading out all over the country and being restocked at today!! Woohoo!!

Buy your seitan now and pop it in the freezer in preparation for your Christmas feasts! Seitan can be frozen for a year with no effect on the flavour and texture (once defrosted of course. Don’t eat it frozen 😬).

Seitan Bacon lardons are delicious lightly fried and mixed into stuffing, as topping for brussel sprouts or mixed into a potato dauphinois 😍.

Seitan Bacon slices can be used to make no-pigs-in-blankets, to wrap a roast or those yummy cream-cheeze-stuffed-prune-wrapped-in-bacon thingies 😍
