Giant Lego Cake!

This was so much fun & such a different idea to the usual Lego cakes.

We did 3 giant Lego brick cakes, then I added ‘Lego’ flowers to each tier which I’d made in different sizes & shades of purple.

Flavours were
Dairy free Nutella
Red Velvet
Dairy free lemon & elderflower

We then added the couples own topper.

I always call this my cathedral cake - as the first time I made this design, it was at Canterbury Cathedral. I’ve made several versions over the years, always tweaking to fit the couples style & I think this might be my favourite yet!

I loved the colours so much - we used a mix of sugar & faux flowers to create this version & it all fitted in so well with salomonsestate_weddings

Rectangular Wedding Cake

I have wanted to make one of these for so long so was delighted when my couple chose this design! Set up at the chapelhouseestate which even in the rain looked amazing!

So many raspberries involved but doesn’t it look stunning with the Lambeth piping!

3 different flavours made up this 80cm cake…

Carrot Wedding Cake 🥕🥕

This was a 2 tier semi naked carrot cake for a wedding last weekend at Shires Oast at the Hop Farm

My lovely couple came for a tasting last year & decided on my classic carrot cake with walnuts, then vanilla buttercream for one tier & orange buttercream for the top tier.

I added faux flowers & their own topper provided by the couple to match their theme.
