Have you ever seen an elephant on the harbour arm? 🐘

Well if you travel back in time to the 1930's it wouldn't have been such a strange sight! Animals were often seen being transported through Folkestone Harbour by rail and ferry with travelling circuses.

If you've eaten at Shesells Seashells, then you've already been inside the Elephant Carriage! Look out for it on your next trip down the harbour arm ☀️
