We visited Pure Vegan this week and... wow 😳

Their homemade cakes are honestly the best we've ever had, vegan or not.

After trying them, we almost feel like we should stop selling ours... 😂 Truly humbling

Make the trip. Seriously. It's worth it, and we'll definitely be back regularly!

27 degrees yesterday so there was only one thing to make 🥵

Tony grew up in Liaoning, China on the northern Korean border, and dishes like this were a staple in the summer.

냉면 Naengmyeon, cold buckwheat noodles in iced broth 🧊❄️ with cucumber, coriander, pickled veg and sesame, plus a big plate of 凉拌菜 Liangbancai, cold mixed vegetables & tofu.

Won’t be replacing the kebabs anytime soon, but food like this is a big part of why we fell in love with cooking in the first place 💗
