er many doctors’ appointments and A&E trips. After months and years of unexplained symptoms and feeling very unwell, I was finally diagnosed with celiac disease. A real moment in my life that brought both relief and overwhelming dread. Suddenly, the foods I loved became off-limits and everyday eating felt hard work with an element of sadness. After years of buying gf products which fell apart, tasted bland and dry and of course was very expensive, I decided to attempt baking a gluten-free cake. Well, that came out flat but tasted so much better than shop purchased cakes. So, I baked another, then another till I cracked it!! Turns out I can bake safe, satisfying and full of favour bakes that are enjoyed by many of my friends and family. It’s down to them that I have decided to dabble with advertising my bakes and show everyone that you don’t need to miss out on yummy treats if your gluten-free. As I’m just starting out and still learning the ropes from recipes to pricing, what you will see is honest baking and pricing which will reflect that I am learning. Every bake is made with love, and every slice is full of Joy.
