This week, something caught my attention โ˜บ๏ธ
I had the joy of seeing three sets of twins come through the coffee shop ....
As I watched them, I couldn't help but think:
Wowโ€ฆ what incredible gifts from God.
Double blessings.
Double joy.
Double the little personalities, little smiles, little hands and little lives.

And it made me stop and think about how easily we can overlook the gifts God has placed right in front of us.
Children are such a precious gift.

โ€œ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ง ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐†๐จ๐โ€™๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž-๐ ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ญ; ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฒ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ฏ๐ž๐งโ€™๐ฌ ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐.โ€
๐๐ฌ๐š๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•:๐Ÿ‘ ๐“๐๐“

They aren't simply part of our lives by chance.
Every child is wonderfully created by God, known by Him and precious in His sight.
And perhaps today God is inviting us to slow down and notice the gifts ๐Ÿ™

Because sometimes we become so familiar with what we have that we stop seeing it as a gift.
We can become accustomed to Our children.
Our families.
Our homes.
Our friendships.
The people who sit beside us every day.
Yet James reminds us that every good and perfect gift comes from
above โค๏ธ

Think about that for a moment.
The smile of a child.
The laughter around a table.
A hug when we need one.
A friend who calls at just the right moment.
A husband or wife who stands beside us.
A new morning.
A second chance.
The ability to love.
The opportunity to serve.
And ultimately, the greatest gift of all: Jesus

Pause today.
Look again.
For You may discover that your life contains far more blessings than you realised.

Lets Pray ...
Father God
Thank You for every good and perfect gift that comes from You.
Thank You for the precious gift of children and for our families,
Help us never to take the people You have placed in our lives for granted.
Open our eyes to see Your goodness in the ordinary moments.
Teach us to slow down, to notice, to appreciate and to give thanks.
And above every earthly gift, thank You for the greatest gift You could ever give usโ€”
Your Son, Jesus โ™ฅ๏ธ
Help us to recognise Your goodness today and carry grateful hearts wherever we go.

7 Years Married Today ๐Ÿค

Many of you who Support, Follow and Visit The Potter's Hand see myself and my team,
But none of us could do it with out Raymond ๐Ÿค

This Man has the biggest smile and an even bigger Heart ๐Ÿค
He supports me, encourages me and stands beside me in everything I do in and through the coffee shop,
My strength and My rock ๐Ÿค

So Grateful for him and his Love

Forgiveness ๐Ÿ™

I'm sure that we have all had times in our lives that ....
Someone has hurt you.
Someone has betrayed your trust.
Someone said words that you cannot forget.
Perhaps someone walked away when you needed them most.
And sometimes the wound is so deep that you wonder,
โ€œHow could I ever forgive them?โ€

But Godโ€ฆ
God knows the depth of every wound you carry.
He knows the tears you cried when nobody else saw them.
He knows the conversations you have replayed in your mind.
He knows the disappointment, the rejection and the pain.

And yet Jesus calls us to
forgive ๐Ÿ™
Not because what happened didn't matter.
Not because the person who hurt you was right.
And not because forgiveness means pretending that you were never wounded.
We forgive because we have first been forgiven ๐Ÿค

Think about the cross.
Jesus looked upon those who rejected Him, mocked Him and crucified Him, and still chose mercy....

That is the kind of love that changes a heart. Amen

Forgiveness doesn't always happen in one moment. Sometimes it is a decision you make again and again.

You may have to place the hurt back into God's hands each time the memory returns.
And perhaps today you need to pray:
โ€œJesus, I cannot do this in my own strength.
My heart is hurting.
But I choose to place this person and this pain into Your hands. Help me to forgive as You have forgiven me.โ€

When we release the right to hold onto bitterness, something beautiful happens.
The person who hurt us no longer controls our heart.
Jesus begins to bring freedom.๐Ÿ™Œ

Hold onto this thought this weekend ๐Ÿค

You may feel that you cannot forgive, but God never asks you to do in your own strength what He is willing to help you do through His grace.

The same Jesus who forgave you can soften your heart, heal your wounds and teach you how to forgive.

Father God
Remove bitterness from my heart. Heal what has been broken.
Give me grace where I have none left and strength where I feel weak.
Amen ๐Ÿ™

This sentence is said so many times throughout the day.

When someone shares a situation or circumstance that is impacting their life at that particular moment in time ๐Ÿค its time to give it to God ๐Ÿ™

Below this scripture tells us to Pray with out ceasing ....
What are we praying for ?
Our families
Our Children
Our Community
Our finances
Our Health
Our Churches
Our businesses
Our Government
Our Schools

The list is endless ....
And even when we don't see an immediate change we rejoice and give thanks because that is the most incredible demonstration of FAITH ๐Ÿ™Œ

It's an absolute honor to be able to sit and pray with someone knowing that, this prayer is going to not only change the situation they are facing but faith is being ignited through the sharing of the Gospel,
And the Goodness of God is about to impact their lives by the prayer being answered igniting an even Greater faith than before! Hallelujah ๐Ÿ™Œ

Prayer is So Precious and So beautiful its being in constant communion with the Father and interceding for those in need โค๏ธ
