Many of you will know of Trevor; quite frankly, the best pub dog anyone could ask for. In fact I'm pretty sure we lucked out with the best of them all.

Even if you weren't in regularly, you'll have no doubt seen him stood quietly at the bar - tail wagging, staring adoringly up at his owner Stevie, and patiently waiting on yet another treat or another pat from anyone walking by.

It is therefore with incredibly heavy hearts that we post that very sadly, Trevor crossed the rainbow bridge early on Thursday morning. As you would expect, we are all upset by this news, and I'm sure many of you will be too: Trevor was as much a fixture in the Crown as the furniture itself.

I know you'll join our Crew in passing on all your love to Stevie, who we're all thinking of right now. It's with his permission that we post this little tribute.
