☀️ What a day for lunch at The Stags Head Inn! ☀️

The sun is shining, the lake is looking gorgeous and our brand-new outside tables have arrived — replacing the rather well-loved ones that had definitely seen better days! 😄

We’ve got new tables in front of the pub and along the lakeside, so there are plenty of lovely spots to sit outside, enjoy the sunshine and have a relaxed Saturday lunch with us. 🍽️🍺

Lunch served today 12–2.30pm. Open all afternoon for drinks.

We're also just a short stroll from the British Enduro Championship

Come and grab a table, enjoy some good food and make the most of this beautiful North Devon weather. 🌿☀️

6.30pm on a Friday… and look at that car park! 🚗🚙🚗

When we decided to start serving food from 6pm, it was because quite a few of you told us that 7pm was simply a little too late.

Well… we think you might have had a point! 😄

It’s fantastic to see The Stags Head Inn already buzzing by half past six, and we’re so pleased that the earlier start is working for you.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been coming in, eating with us, having a drink and supporting the pub. Seeing the car park looking like this makes all the hard work worthwhile. ❤️

🍽️ You’ve asked… we’ve listened! 🍽️

Following requests from many of our diners, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve brought our evening food service forward from 7:00pm to 6:00pm.

From now on, you can enjoy all your favourite home-cooked dishes an hour earlier, making it even easier to join us for a relaxed evening meal with family and friends.

🕕 Food now served from 6:00pm

Whether you’re popping in after work, meeting friends, or treating yourself to a midweek meal, we’d love to welcome you.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone that came to our opening on Saturday. It was wonderful to see such a great turnout - especially those who are local!
We couldn’t believe how busy it was!
We hope you’ll all become regulars and friends.

This Sunday marks our first full Sunday lunch service as the new owners of The Stags Head Inn, and we’d love to welcome you.

We’re delighted to be continuing the traditions that have made The Stags Head such a special part of the community, while we settle in and get to know everyone over the coming weeks.

Join us this Sunday from 12:00pm until 2:30pm for a traditional Sunday lunch, freshly prepared and served in the relaxed surroundings of the pub.

Whether you’re a regular visitor or joining us for the first time, we look forward to seeing you.

🍻 **A New Chapter Begins at The Stags Head Inn** 🍻

We are delighted to announce that **The Stags Head Inn is now under new ownership.**

As many of you know, The Stags Head has been at the heart of the local community for generations, and we are honoured to be taking on the next chapter of its story.

We'd love the opportunity to introduce ourselves and meet as many of you as possible, so please join us on:
