By making a Sesame Prawn on Toasts, here are five steps:

1). Prepare a sliced white bread
2). Put the prawns, garlic, ginger, egg white, sugar in a mixer and blitz to a paste;
3). Brush one side of bread with sesame oil. Spread the prawn mixture on top;
4). Sprinkle with sesame seeds on pasted side
5). Preheat the oil and fry for 2-3 minutes until it’s getting golden brown ....
