Different baking than normal, baking baguettes, so sick of seeing all the multiple ingredients on labels ( some I don’t even know what they are!) from our supermarket bread.

Bread shouldn’t need more than 4 ingredients.

Made an Italian inspired chocolate log (or chocolate salami, cause it looks like salami when cut) this year.

Made with crushed biscuits, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, glazed cherries, candied peel, condensed milk and of course chocolate!
Italians pair it with cream on top or an expresso, or dessert wine 🥰 yummy!
