Eight years ago today, we opened our doors — and what a journey it has been. ❤️

From countless celebrations and special occasions to quiet dinners, familiar faces and new ones, we’re so grateful to everyone who has been part of our story.

A huge thank you to our incredibly hardworking front and back of house team, our loyal customers and everyone who has supported Fino over the past 8 years.

Yesterday was a very sad day at Fino as we said goodbye to one of our chefs, Zak. ❤️

Zak is off to embark on his childhood dream job, and while we’re incredibly sad to see you go, we couldn’t be happier for you. We wish you nothing but the very best for this exciting new chapter and your future. 🥹❤️

Zak joined us when he was just 15 years old as a kitchen porter. Over the years, he discovered his passion for cooking, worked his way up through the kitchen, and eventually ran his own section — creating some of the most delicious pizzas and dessert creations along the way. 🍕🍰

We have been so incredibly lucky to have had you as part of the Fino family for the past 7 years. Watching you grow, develop your skills and become the chef you are today has been such a pleasure.

You will be hugely missed by the whole team, Zak, but we’re so proud of you and everything you’ve achieved.
It’s never goodbye at Fino… it’s always see you later. ❤️
