Role includes
- Making dough & sauce
- Pizza making during service & other dough products
- Serving customers
- Orders & stock control
- Cleaning & Paperwork

We are also looking for a part time ‘slice slinger’ on weekends

Apparently their still seems to be some kind of bitterness, a one sided rivalry in the pizza world 😅

Wasn’t really aware of it because we’ve been too busy doing our own thing, but it’s come our way…

I’m not into throwing shade or trying to knock other people down, so I’ll just tell you about us

Apparently we use a ‘cheese blend’

It’s been suggested we don’t make our own dough…

So let’s lay out a few facts for funsies

1. All our dough is made in house, home made, hand rolled & stretched to order
2. Our sauce is homemade too
3. Our cheese is 100% mozzarella (Italian) never a blend, never cheddar… (actually sometimes there’s goat cheese or Parmesan if that counts 😜)

We use an Italian wholesaler for our flour, plum tomatoes, mozzarella and cured meats because obviously Italy produces the best pizza ingredients

That’s it really. Good ingredients. Good pizza. Good location.

Slices as a business started in Bury two years ago, although new to Felixestowe, it’s not a new business and believe it or not, we were invited here - a unit became available and it was an opportunity too good to turn down

We love being part of beach street, we love making tasty pizza, and we love the fact so many people keep returning for more

Anyway, there’s no beef here, just doing our own thing because we don’t really have time to pay much attention to what others are doing 🤷‍♂️

You guys have been asking for it, so we’re giving it a go today!

We’ll have it in the counter tomorrow as well, going forwards we’ll be able to do whole pizzas to order and probably have the slices available on weekends and school holidays
