THE GREAT TUBBY FORK DISAPPEARANCE 🍴😂

Every week we seem to lose an alarming amount of forks and knives to people who haven’t even bought from us…

We get it — nobody wants to eat their lunch with their hands.

But when 100+ people a week come to Tubby’s emergency stash, we basically end up supplying half the seafront with cutlery. 😭

So here’s your friendly Tubby reminder:

If your food place forgets your fork… go back and make them do their job first before raiding Tubby’s stash. 😂

Hospitality stock disappears faster than profits sometimes.

Protect the forks at all costs. 🫡

Brutally quiet one today. We’ve already had to throw away nearly 100 spuds, which is absolutely gutting.

So we’re closing a little earlier today at 6pm.

Still here until then if anyone wants to rescue a potato from the bin and make my day slightly less painful 😂

We’ll be closing a little earlier today around 3pm, but let’s be honest… Sundays usually sell us out by then anyway 🥔

The Sunday Market is also on at Beach Street today, so come down, have a wander, support local and grab yourself a loaded spud while you’re here.

Then we’re off to the first Big Bro Bao group interviews after receiving over 170 applications for the new site… absolutely mental.

Tubby Joe is stocked to the max and ready for ya from 12:30–7:00… or until we sell out.

And judging by yesterday, that could be around 6pm, so don’t be doing that “we’ll pop down later” nonsense and then crying when the spuds are gone 😂

Plus, Beach Street has Felixstowe Rocks / The Unsigned Volume II on today, so there’s live music, sunshine, food, drinks and big potato energy all in one place.
