❤️ A huge heartfelt shoutout to two amazing ladies – Tracy (Kitchen Manager) and Toni (Assistant Manager).❤️

Over the last several weeks, especially during the intense heat, you've both gone above and beyond. Working long, exhausting hours, often while battling heat exhaustion, yet still showing up every day with determination, strength, and a smile.

Hospitality isn't just a job—it's a commitment. It's early mornings, late nights, weekends, missed family time, relentless pressure, and constantly putting your team and your guests first. It's dealing with long food wait times that are often beyond your control, handling complaints with professionalism, and sometimes facing disrespectful or degrading comments from frustrated customers—all while continuing to give your absolute best.

But hospitality is also about the good times. It's about the wonderful customers who see the hard work happening behind the scenes, who understand the challenges you face, who offer a kind word, a compliment, a smile, or simply a bit of patience. Those moments remind us why this industry is so special and why people like Tracy and Toni make such a difference every single day.

The hard work often goes unseen and isn't always appreciated, but today we want to make sure it is.

Thank you both for your incredible dedication, leadership, and the genuine care you show your teams every single day. The effort, passion, resilience, and sheer graft you put in never go unnoticed, even if it doesn't always receive the recognition it deserves.
