Today, The Café @ Featherstone was broken into and robbed. As a result, we will unfortunately be closed tomorrow morning while we deal with the damage and make sure everything is clean and ready to serve again.

We are a small family-run business, somewhere people could come for a coffee, a chat, and a sense of community. That’s why this situation has been so upsetting for us all.

The police have been involved and all CCTV footage has been handed over. We can only hope the person responsible is identified as soon as possible.

We want to thank everyone for the support, kindness, and messages we’ve already received from the village and our customers. It truly means so much to us

We’ll keep everyone updated and hope to reopen as soon as possible ❤️

☕️ Exciting news for everyone at the cafe! ☕️

We’re very excited to announce that our brand new coffee machine will be arriving tomorrow, along with training for all our staff . We can’t wait to bring you even better coffees and service very soon! 🙌

Due to delivery and training taking place from 2pm tomorrow, we will be running a reduced menu from 1pm onwards. This will include cold sandwiches and a selection of easy drinks while we get everything set up.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of something so special this week 💛🐣

At The Café at Featherstone, alongside Featherstone Fencing Ltd, we were honoured to support Matt’s Mission Children’s Charity with their amazing Easter Egg Appeal — donating 547 Easter eggs to help bring smiles to children in hospitals and hospices this Easter.

Seeing the community come together like this means everything to us. From the volunteers helping sort and load, to everyone involved behind the scenes — it truly shows what Featherstone is all about ❤️

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Party Angels made this happen. You’re all incredible!

Moments like this remind us why we love being part of this community. 💚
