Beautiful canapé wedding today. Too in the moment to take the thousands of pictures I promised myself I would take 🙈 Here’s the three pics that I got from the whole day. Lemon posset, blueberry compote. Chocolate brownie with ganache. Coronation chicken vol au vent with charred Almond.

I will be working at The Bluebell Cafe at Barrowmore for the next few weeks (between other things) supporting the fabulous Leonie who’s been running this beauty for 13 years 💗 Together we are a superpower, come over and see us!!

The cafe (a not so secret gem) is looking for a new Chef manger, along with other staff. If you or someone you know can cook quality food in a fast paced environment have a genuine passion for food also equally the customer experience and can maintain its excellent reputation then this is the job for you, no evenings or Sundays and a good salary.
