👋👋Hello, I’m Jess - designer, baker, and creative heart behind Flour and Fold.

For the past seven years I’ve specialised in creating refined, contemporary cakes for life’s most meaningful celebrations and events. Every design is thoughtfully created to feel effortlessly elegant, deeply personal, and perfectly in sync with your day.

Based in West Oxfordshire, I live with my husband and our two young children, life is certainly a juggle! Flour and Fold is my full-time job, and to preserve the level of artistry, care, and attention each couple deserves, I intentionally limit my diary to a maximum of eight weddings per month.
Inspired by modern romance, beautiful styling, and the details that make a celebration uniquely yours, my greatest joy is seeing a couple’s vision come to life - that moment is beautiful 💕

I’m fortunate to collaborate with some exceptional wedding suppliers and I'm always delighted to share trusted recommendations to help shape your dream team. If you need any recommendations, just ask!

Away from the kitchen, you’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand tending to my dahlias, training for my first 10k, playing for Faringdon Women’s Cricket Team, or searching for my next opportunity to swim in the sea - slightly ambitious for someone living firmly inland (this usually involves a holiday!)

My diary is open for late 2026 weddings, and good availability for 2027 and 2028. I can't wait to chat!
