👨‍🍳 Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef

We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Red Lion in Southwick.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and takes pride in serving great pub food. This could be a great opportunity for an experienced chef who is ready to take the next step into a Junior Sous Chef role, as well as someone who already has experience at this level.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience working in a busy kitchen
• Works well as part of a team
• Is organised and reliable
• Has a good attitude and takes pride in their food
• Is keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility
