⚽🏆 It looks like everyone has caught World Cup fever! 🏆⚽

Looking at tonight’s bookings – 0 – and knowing that’s certainly not the norm for a Saturday evening, along with plenty happening in the local area, we’ve made the decision not to open for our evening service tonight.

We’ll still be open until 5:00pm serving our full daytime menu, so there’s still plenty of time to join us for breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffee or cake.

We’ll be back open as normal tomorrow and look forward to welcoming you all soon. Enjoy the football! 🍻⚽

💚 MEET THE TEAM – OUR SUPERVISORS 💚

As part of our Meet the Team series, we’d like to introduce three of the fantastic team members helping to keep Salt & Sage Bistro running smoothly every day!

✨ Tash – Supervisor
You’ll find Tash with us almost every day, covering both daytime and evening services. The only time you won’t usually see her is on Tuesdays. Tash is a key part of our management team, helping to keep everything organised while ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible.

✨ Beth – Supervisor
Beth is one of the friendly faces you’ll regularly see throughout the week. She works Monday to Friday one week, then Tuesday to Friday the next. From welcoming customers to supporting the team behind the scenes, Beth is always on hand to help wherever needed.

✨ Jazz – Supervisor in Training
You’ll usually see Jazz with us from Thursday through to Sunday, mainly during our evening services, although she also works some daytime shifts too. Jazz is currently developing her supervisory skills and taking on more responsibility within the team. We’re excited to support her as she continues to grow and progress at Salt & Sage Bistro.

We’re incredibly proud of our supervisory team and the hard work they put in every day. If you see them during your next visit, don’t forget to say hello! 👋💚
