🐟 After a trip to the fishmonger this morning to see what the freshest catch would be for Thursday, our chefs have made their decision… 👨‍🍳✨

Here’s what will be joining our Steak & Seafood Night specials this Thursday:

🐟 Confit Salmon Fillet
Served with a warm crushed new potato salad, fresh asparagus and a vibrant citrus dressing.

🌊 Locally Caught Pan-Seared Seabass
Served with a leek & nori mosaic, creamy polenta and a white wine cream sauce finished with fragrant leek oil.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Steak & Seafood Night! 🥩🦞❤️

If we’re honest, hospitality is a tough industry. We know that with the rising cost of living, eating out or even popping in for a coffee isn’t something everyone can do as often as they’d like.

But last night, Jemma and I took a moment to look around the bistro, and we couldn’t have been prouder. Seeing a restaurant full of happy faces, people enjoying great food, and our amazing team working so hard with smiles on their faces reminded us exactly why we do this.

Moments like that make all the hard work, the long hours, and the challenges worthwhile.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing to spend your evening with us and for supporting a small independent business. It genuinely means more than you know.

We hope you all had a fantastic evening, and we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon.
