Edwards Coffee & Wine Lounge | West Street, Fareham

We’re growing, and we’d love you to be part of it!
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team at Edwards Coffee & Wine Lounge.

We’re not just a coffee shop — we’re building a welcoming space where great coffee, good food, wine and friendly service come together. As we continue to grow our daytime café and develop our evening offering, we’re looking for someone who loves working with people and enjoys being part of a busy, friendly team.

The Role -
This is a full-time, permanent position of 35+ hours per week, working across 5 days. The role will include weekends and some evening shifts, so flexibility is important.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming our customers and making them feel at home
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Making and serving great coffee
- Providing friendly, attentive customer service
- Helping with our wine and evening service
- Keeping the front of house looking clean, organised and welcoming
- Working closely with the whole team to make sure our customers have a great experience

We’d love to hear from someone who is:
- Warm, friendly and naturally great with people
- Reliable, hardworking and well organised
- Confident working in a busy environment
- A positive team player who is happy to get stuck in
- Passionate about great food, coffee and customer service
- Flexible and happy to work weekends and some evenings
- Barista experience preferred
- Previous hospitality experience is a must

What we offer -
35+ hours per week | 5 days | Weekends & some evenings
Salary dependent on experience + tips
Free parking available at the rear
