It’s Falmouth Week, so apparently sleep is cancelled 😂⛵️

We’re opening 30 MINUTES EARLIER than usual ALL WEEK — because if you’re going to survive Falmouth Week, you’re going to need caffeine… and probably a decent breakfast. ☕️🍳

The end of an era. 🤍🌅

After so many Friday nights, countless laughs, endless customers, and more memories than we could ever count… this was our last Caught together. 😭

It feels strange knowing we won’t be standing side by side in FOH anymore, but I’m so grateful we got to share it all.

Here’s to the next chapter,Lilli – I’ll miss this, but I’ll miss you even more. ❤️”

Meet the woman behind Caught... ❤️🐟

If you’ve ever wondered who’s responsible for those incredible Friday night specials... it’s this one.

Meet Charlotte Charlotte Fraser the face (and the talent) behind our Caught evenings.

While everyone else is sitting down with a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the harbour, Charlotte is behind the scenes making sure every single plate that leaves the kitchen is something she’d be proud to serve.

She’s one of those chefs who notices everything (yes, even that tiny sprig of garnish that’s half a centimetre out of place! 😂), and she pours her heart into every dish.

Of course, even the best chef can’t do it alone. Charlotte is lucky to have an incredible kitchen team beside her every Friday night. From prepping and plating to keeping service running smoothly, they work tirelessly together to make Caught what it is. It’s a real team effort, and every single one of them deserves a huge thank you. ❤️

The compliments we receive, the empty plates that come back, and the guests who return week after week are all thanks to the passion, hard work and dedication of this amazing team.

So next time you’re enjoying your seafood by the harbour, spare a thought for the talented people behind those kitchen doors. They’re the reason your Friday nights taste so good.
