We’re excited to finally share what’s next.

Catch & Cut opens in Falmouth on 2nd April — bringing together the best of The Shack and The Ranch.

Expect bold flavours, standout seafood, and expertly cooked cuts — all in the former Ranch restaurant, right next to our sister restaurant, The Shed.

We’re also thrilled that some familiar faces are returning, with Head Chef Nick back in the kitchen and Aaron leading front of house.

Our website, menus, bookings and socials will be launching very soon.

Some of you may have already spotted a few hints on our websites and social channels - and we can finally say that something new is taking shape behind the scenes.

We’re working on an exciting new chapter for our Falmouth restaurant family, bringing together familiar flavours, quality ingredients, and the warm welcome you know us for. It’s a fresh concept, and we’re getting closer to sharing all the details.

We’ve been patiently waiting to bring The Shack back to life — it’s now been just over two whole years since we last fired up the kitchen, and honestly… we just can’t wait any longer.

So here it is:
We’re joining forces with The Ranch (one of our sister restaurants - 2 doors down from us) to create something completely new — a bold new restaurant that fuses everything you loved about both spots! 🍤🥩🔥

We’re taking the best bits of The Shack and The Ranch, giving The Ranch space a full makeover, and coming back in early 2026 with a whole new vibe.

It’s not just a comeback — it’s a reinvention.

While we get ready behind the scenes, don’t forget our sister restaurant The Shed (right next door!) is open as usual — serving up lots more seafood dishes (alongside their eclectic menu) like mussels, prawns, dressed crab, Cornish sole, a seafood sharing platter and more 😍 (The Shed are also happy to order other items such as lobster, scallops and oyster in for you if requested).

We wanted to touch base and say hellllloooooo (so you don’t think we’ve disappeared off the face of the planet - although, sometimes, it sure feels like that!). We’re still here, patiently waiting to re-open and staying as optimistic as ever 🙏.
