We were hacked.

Yep. No other way of saying that. Actually, the server our website sits on was compromised and ultimately a Thai gambling site found its way onto our website pages — yikes!

Anyhoo, I’ve managed to get us back to a customer-facing INDIDOG website, so you can see our menus again and book online.

THANK YOU to everyone who popped in or called us to let us know. We were so terrified of putting you all out.

Forgive any spelling mistakes or clichés. I’m working the floor a lot at the moment, covering some of the team being off, so I’m editing late at night. I’ll keep on it.

This week is GRADUATION week. Almost every table is a family celebrating a proud moment after 3 years of study Falmouth University

It’s been a week of reminiscing about the moment you were dropped off. The BIG shop before your parents left. The first place you went for beers. The first people you met and the moment you met your besties. How relieved you were to meet them! The places in Falmouth you spent the most time. And how beautifully sad it is to return to wear your cap and gown and say a final farewell in the place you called home for 3 years. And how lucky you felt to receive a gold coin from who even in a special moment managed to shove syphilis into her speech and your parents loved her for it. I mean if you did that 🥴

It’s an honour to be your host at a moment in your lives that’s so special and it’s been a blessing to be the place your parents brought you when they came to visit. We loved having you for 2 for £12 spicy Margs all winter wrapped in blankets on the terrace and we wish you all the best and hope you’ll re- visit once you’re settled.

And don’t worry. It’ll work out. Everyone leaves uni and eventually finds their place in the world. You will too. And you’re a Falmouth / Exeter Grad. You’ve got soul ❤️

He’s been quietly settling into the helm and shaping the next chapter of INDIDOG as our new Head Chef. We hope you’ll give a warm welcome to Jack Frame.

From tomorrow, both our lunch and dinner menus are entirely Jack’s.

A sad day ❤️ Yesterday was Head Chef Alfie’s final service at INDIDOG. It didn’t seem enough to sign a card and hand him a bag of goodies after 6 incredible years of hard work and commitment.

Alfie, it’s very hard to say goodbye to someone who we have spent 6 years of our lives with. You’ve been there. There are not enough words to express our thanks.

Through covid when we created “Build Your Own” valentines boxes and Arthur forgot the all important citrus pipettes and we had to redeliver to over 100 addresses! Painting INDIDOG ready to open after Covid and spraying chairs on the beach. Cooking bones with the Prime Minister. Running through town to find a defib machine to save a customers life. Walking the team home to keep them safe late at night. You’ve thanklessly taught so many young men how to fillet, butcher, baste and reduce. You’ve covered, stayed late and weathered the storms.

The beautiful plating and wow your flavours. There is so much flavour in everything you produce ❤️

It’s not many restaurants who can claim 6 years with one head chef let alone one as phenomenal as you.
Thankyou Alf. We will really bloody miss you. Please make your next chapter an absolute banger. It’s so sad to say goodbye but we are so excited for your next chapter ###
