Though the view's been rather grey of late, at least you can now enjoy your delicious Deli food without getting soggy!! 🌧️

An expanded seating space means time to relax and savour, while watching the world (and boats) go by down the Prince of Wales Pier ⛵

Serving wholesome daily fresh salads and savoury specialities, a range of health-boosting beverages, fairtrade coffee and healthier sweet treats - with many of our ingredients sourced locally and organically! 🌱

All our compostable waste feeds local produce, and we aim to be as sustainable as possible in all our practices. Better for you, better for Cornwall, better for our planet 🌍

🥘 Cosy Cup is back! 🥘

Warm up this chilly season with our pot of something hot!

Whether it's our famous dahl, smooth squashy number, chunky veg concoction, beany delight or some other scrummy situation, we always pack our cauldron with the best organic produce and season to perfection 🥕🍄‍🟫🫜

Enjoy with a swirl of one of our homemade sauces and sprinkle of toasted seeds if you like, with the option to dunk a slice of sourdough - or even one of our cheesy Natch toasties if you're feeling extra rumbly 👀

Available to take away (or get lucky and grab a window seat) at our Deli counter, Monday to Saturday from 12pm!

"We love getting lunch from here - you just know it's always so good for you!" - thank you, one of our lovely regular customers today 💚

Made lovingly in-house, no two of our Wholefood Salads are ever exactly the same - using a wide range of non-gluten grains and organic seasonal produce (often grown locally), dressed to perfection, they pack a satisfying punch of flavour and goodness 😋

We have options for every appetite and budget, all served with tasty leaves, your choice of dressing and toasted seeds...
🥗 Classic: a generous combo box of our grain & veg, raw slaw, house pickles and houmous
🥗 Mezze: our bit-of-everything box, with all the above plus a selection of tempting extras like marinated olives, juicy tofu, goat's cheese and falafel
🥗 Your Way: pick and choose by the portion for a filling snack, or to jazz up something you already have!

Open Monday to Saturday from 10am until 3:30pm (or we sell out) 🌱

✨ Vegan Tortilla ✨ Meet our newest staple of Deli offerings - a thick & juicy, vegan and non-gluten Spanish-style tortilla, made with a base of chickpea flour and packed with organic veggies!

Already an absolute favourite, it sells out fast so be sure to stop by for a slice and see what all the fuss is about 👀

Available Monday to Saturday, served with fresh organic leaves and dressing as a light but satisfying snack - or with a mix of our daily salads for a more filling lunch!
