The Falmouth Intotri Triathlon is in full swing, and as always, it’s amazing to see so many competitors and spectators out in force, cheering everyone on! 🙌

A huge well done to everyone taking part — you’re smashing it! 💪

And once you cross that finish line, don’t forget to grab your Gym Juice or Rattler Zero to celebrate! 🍹🍎

This Friday, 18th September, sees us host an exclusive event celebrating one of Cornwall's finest ingredients, line-caught Tuna. Head Chef Sam Blackburn and renowned local fishmonger, Tom Jonik, will take you through an incredible evening filled with celebration, a demonstration, and a 7 course menu.

Guests will share a communal dining experience, featuring a hero tuna centrepiece and exceptional company.

Tickets: £75 per person (Includes welcome Aperol and 7 tasting dishes)
